Terms & Conditions

By registering a school or entering students for Sri Sai Olympiads, you agree to the terms below. Please also refer to the official examination circular for the current season.

Eligibility & Registration

Registration is open to schools and students within the eligibility (class/grade) stated for each Olympiad on the Olympiads page. A school is responsible for the accuracy of the student information it submits.

Examination Fees

Examination fees are as published on the Olympiads page at the time of registration and are payable as per the instructions provided by Sri Sai Foundation. Fees are non-transferable to a different student without prior written consent from the foundation.

Conduct of Examinations

Students are expected to appear for examinations as per the guidelines shared with their school. Sri Sai Foundation reserves the right to reschedule an examination where necessary, with reasonable notice to registered schools.

Awards & Results

All certificates, medals, trophies, and prizes are awarded subject to the official examination rules and award criteria published for that season, as described on the Awards & Prizes page.

Changes to These Terms

Sri Sai Foundation may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
